Neurosurgical FOCUS is pleased to introduce the Readers’ Forum, a moderated forum in which readers can submit comments on specific articles and monthly topics. Unlike Letters to the Editor in print journals, in which comments generally appear in a later issue than the original article, Readers’ Forum allows readers to immediately submit their comments specific to the monthly topic under discussion.

With the March/April 2008 issue, Neurosurgical FOCUS now offers podcasts that complement and enhance a current article. In interviews with topic editors, authors offer their ideas and recent findings in an informal, conversational setting and discuss their views on the future of their fields.
